Customers that use the Service Center 'Get It' web based access will have noticed considerable change over the past months. A number of enhancements have been added that give a much greater degree of access to information about client assets. This includes the ability to see last service dates and next scheduled date.
Apart from logging service requests, clients can view progress via update notes and even add their own comments that will be added to the completed job record. All information can be downloaded by the client into excel if required straight from the Getit site.
For those clients wishing to manage items that are not included in the scope of their Chemtronics contract, it is possible to select 'I want to manage myself'. Using this option, self managed service requests will appear in monthly reports and if cost information added will provide the ability to ascertain total biomedical spend.
